The ask
Lyft’s recruiting team challenged Remedy to create a video for prospective hires. The goal was to capture an inside peek into what it means to work at Lyft through genuine and honest conversation with employees.
Our production approach
With a tight budget, we brought a small crew and used nothing but available light. Filmed at Lyft’s headquarters in San Francisco, we conducted 10 interviews in a single day, moving efficiently through the office while keeping each conversation feeling unhurried.
The execution
The result is a video that answers the questions every candidate wants to know: what is the culture really like, how to thrive, and what to expect walking in the door.
