The ask
Amazon Vest Life, the official account of Amazon Associates, wanted to spotlight their new Rural Super Rural delivery center in Orland, California. The facility represents the final leg of delivery for packages reaching the most remote corners of the country. Amazon came to Remedy for a short documentary that would bring that mission to life through the associates on the floor, the process, and the real-world impact at the end of the line.
Our production approach
A small, mobile doc-style crew arrived before dawn to meet the morning shift and let the associates tell their stories. We let the facility lead our schedule, the rhythm of the day became the rhythm of our camera.
The execution
We delivered a 90-second anchor cut, 60 versions tailored for each platform, as well as social cuts. Each edit was shaped around one guiding principal, make every associate feel proud to watch it back.
